An Awesome Adventure Camp

Unfortunately, Capernwray is unable to run the Journey Camp this July.  This has been a difficult decision, as apart from a couple occasions during COVID interruptions, this camp has been held consistently for a great number of years and we recognise the important role this event has had in the lives for many of our local youth.   Based on several complex factors, we have had to hit pause with this Journey camp, and we hope to start again for the summer Journey.

(The cost of the Journey camps are hugely subsidised by a generous local person who wants to make these as affordable as possible)

What will we do?

Fun adventure activities and Bible study designed to encourage and deepen your relationship with God and develop your leadership skills. There will be daily studies and adventures and also the opportunity to share with the group.

Where is it?

The Adventure Lodge, 128 Horahora Road, Tirau.

Activities May Include

Climbing, biking, abseiling, kayaking...   A reasonable level of fitness is expected. Activities are weather dependent.

Attendees of the Journey Camps are required to complete the following Medical & Personal Information Form. This form assists us in managing any areas of risk and to provide reasonable care during the event.
