Evidence of Experience Form

All non-resident (overseas) students wanting to register for a course over 12 weeks in duration must apply for a Student and Trainee Work Visa under the religious trainees category. Click here for visa details.

The following Evidence of Experience Form must be completed and submitted to generate the necessary documentation to support the visa application. Please be specific as possible. Please also include all first names as per your passport in the "First Name(s)" field, as this helps Immigration NZ link your visa application to the supporting information we provide.

Please list all previous churches (name of church and location) that you have attended on a regular basis and give time periods for each

What is the name and location of your current church or the church that you consider your home church?

Please describe in detail your monthly church attendance at your current church.

Please list and describe in detail any previous Biblical or Ministry training that you have had up to this point (e.g. Bible college, School of Ministry, Seminary, etc.)

Please list and describe in detail any previous ministry experience you have had (other than attending church). Detail the amount of time spent on each.
